In the Rendering Control window set the Fixed Height at about 1000.m and the pitch to about -25.401, now click on the Render Preview button.
*Note - the apex of your camera angle should be in a "dark" area of your surface map.  You can drag it around to where you like.

Click the water button.

In the Water window change the Water Level to about 0.m, click the Deep button, and change the Transparency Dist to about 680.63m.

Now click on the Update Maps button.

Click on the Render Preview button in the Rendering Control window.  If there is not enough water go back to the water window and increase the Water Level and Update Maps.

Once you have the water at the level you want click the x in the top right of the Water window.

Click the lighting conditions button.

Change the sun heading to about the same direction as your camera and raise the sun altitude.

Click on the Render Preview button in the Rendering Control window if it is looking ok, click on the x in the top right of the lighting window.

Now we are ready to render our picture.

In the Rendering Control window move up the detail slider then click on the Render Image button.  This may take a while so go get a soda and throw a load of laundry in the washer.

When it is done rendering click the ok button in the little pop up box.

Now click on the save button in the rendered graphic box, name and save your picture.

Click the x in the top right of the rendered picture window and exit Terragen.
